What is it?

The Local Sponsor Partnership Program is a global program designed to provide enhanced in-country support to eXp agents. The “in-country” Local Sponsors agree to take on extra responsibilities beyond standard sponsorship as outlined in the Program Overview and in return, they are eligible to receive level one revenue share earnings from their local sponsee’s transactions. The Direct Sponsor and their upline continue to benefit from level 2-7 revenue share earnings and FLQA qualifications.

How Can I Become a Local Sponsor?
You can be requested as a Local Sponsor or you can sign up. Please note: After your first local sponsee, you will be asked to complete the Local Sponsor Certification to qualify for future opportunities.

What is the Local Sponsor Partnership Program?

The Local Sponsor Program provides extra support to eXp agents beyond standard sponsorship. What is a Local Sponsor?

A Local Sponsor is an active eXp Realty agent who resides in the same country as the agent they are supporting (the local sponsee). This role ensures that local sponsees have access to localized guidance, resources, and support tailored to their country's specific real estate market and practices. A Local Sponsor can be assigned when the local sponsee’s Direct Sponsor is located outside their country block.
How do I become a Local Sponsor?

You can be requested as a Local Sponsor or you can sign up. After your first local sponsee, you will be asked to complete the Local Sponsor Certification to qualify for future opportunities. Learn more and apply here.
What are the responsibilities of a Local Sponsor?

Onboarding Help: Guide new agents through onboarding.
Support with Tools: Assist new agents with eXp’s tools and systems.
Answer Questions: Be available for questions about eXp's policies and culture.
Cloud Integration: Help agents adjust to eXp’s cloud-based environment.
Role Model: Demonstrate eXp’s core values.
Advocate: Positively represent eXp’s culture and mission.
Communication: Keep in regular contact and respond promptly to inquiries.
Program Knowledge: Understand other eXp programs like the Mentor and ICON Agent Programs.
How do I get paired?

To establish a relationship with a local sponsor, complete our form and sign the Local Sponsor ICA Addendum. If you have a preferred sponsor, include their name in the "Local Sponsor" section. Otherwise, leave it blank, and we’ll find a suitable match for you!

Please note: If your local sponsor is not providing support, you can elect to move to another local sponsor in country.
What are the benefits of being a Local Sponsor?

As a Local Sponsor, you will earn the level 1 revenue share from the Local Sponsee’s eligible revenue share earning transactions. The FLQA credit and level 2-7 earnings will remain with the Direct Sponsor and their organization. Local Sponsors are also eligible to receive the Fast Start Attraction bonus from the Local Sponsee, if applicable.
